About the mixed class
Looking for a gentle and deeply effective way to reconnect with your body and start feeling
better -physically, emotionally and energetically?

This new class, based on the powerful work of Human Garage, is all about Fascial Maneuvers: slow, intentional movements, powerful breathing and affirmations designed to help you release tension, stress and stored emotions from deep within your body.

The magic happens in the fascia - a web-like tissue that runs through your entire body, connecting everything. Think of it as your body’s first brain - it holds memory, movement, emotion, trauma and energy.
When the fascia is tight or blocked, your body will feel stuck too.
These exercises gently open up and realign the fascia allowing your body to come back into balance.
It´s not about pushing or stretching hard, it´s about unwinding, creating space and getting your body out of stress so your body can heal itself again.

This class is for everyone, no experience needed.
Whether you´re dealing with stress, fatigue, tension, digestive issues or you just want to feel more connected to yourself, these maneuvers will give you the tools to support your own healing.

About one-on-one sessions
One-on-one sessions: A Deeper Dive Into You

Alongside the classes, I also offer one-on-one sessions. These are a chance to connect more deeply with your body and explore what´s really going on beneath the surface, to find out what that pain is trying to tell you-whether it´s stress, trauma, emotional pain or simply feeling stuck.

In a private session, we use Fascial Maneuvers, breathwork and powerful affirmations to help release what your body is ready to let go of.

This is your time, to feel seen, to feel heard and most importantly to feel, to feel safe in your own body.

Each journey is unique. My role is simply to walk alongside you - to guide, hold space and to sometimes push you through the pain and find out what´s on the other side.

*I usually do not set a time limit for the personal sessions as they are very individual.
About the teacher
Sietske Van Den Oord
Hi, I am Sietske - bodyworker, space-holder, yoga teacher and passionate guide of self-healing.

For over 18 years I have been working with the body through Shiatsu and Thai massage, two beautiful traditions that have told me how deeply our bodies hold onto stories, stress and emotions/traumas.

But when I discovered Fascial Maneuvers, something clicked in a way I had never experienced before.
After nearly two decades of hands on work, I had never seen anything quite like this. These movements felt different, deeper, somehow more effective, more in tune with the body. I felt my own body shifting, unwinding and opening. And over the past year, practicing them regularly, I´ve experienced profound changes, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically as well.

So when Human Garage finally opened up the opportunity to train as a coach, I didn´t hesitate. I knew this was the next step, both for my own journey and for the people I work with. I am so grateful to now offer these practices to others, because I have seen and felt how powerful they are.
