what to expect from THE WORKSHOP
This breathing circle technique is a very powerfull, self-healing and transforming process.
When we consciously connect the breath we remove the pauses between inhale and exhale. This connects your breathing and so it becomes circular.
In less than 10 minutes this breathing will continue on it´s own. This is the moment you sink from your head into your body; from consciousness into subcounsciousness.
This process is felt in 3 phases:
Physical: feeling energy flowing in your body.
Emotional/mental: anger, sadness, or laughter may surface.
Spiritual/energetic: seeing colours of light, contact with your higher self or other energies.
You will feel:
Mental cleanness, inner peace and relaxation, purging of repressed emotions, letting go of old pain, more energy and better sleep.
