About the class
The group classes will be small group (6-8 people) focused on strength & mobility, you can expect fun & seriousness through games and variety in exercises, we create deeper connection with and broader understanding of the body and how to keep it functional for the rest of your lives.

The 1on1 sessions are for more specific needs and more in-depth programming. I like to work alongside the other therapists to give you a complete and healing package. These sessions are meant for specific goals like weight loss, increasing strength etc but especially for rehabilitation.

Typically I work in programs of 6,8,12 weeks to guaranty results and improvements, but this can change depending on the necessary treatment.
About the teacher
I’m Stijn a movement therapist, specialized in mobility. With 10 years of experience in teaching and a broad understanding of different movement modalities, I will be guiding you through my group classes and 1on1 sessions at Centro de Movimento.
