Regular Pilates practice can elevate your mood!

Pilates is a low-intensity muscle- strengthening workout that focusses heavily in building strong core muscles with breath work, which increases oxygen flow to the body and brain. By focusing on deep, controlled breathing, you can reduce feelings of fatigue, stress, and anxiety.
About the teacher
My name is Maria I am originally from the U.K., and I moved to Portugal in 2019. I have been working in the holistic wellbeing field for over 15 years.

I offer Pilates classes, which I have been teaching for many years. My extensive experience allows me to cater to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

In my Pilates classes, you will learn proper breathing techniques, body alignment, and exercises that strengthen the core muscles. We focus on flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness.
