    Spot me messing up the moves!I love dancing but I’m shit at following instructions. Maria at the Centro de Movimento really put me at ease and the class was great fun and bloody  totally got my steps in too. I like trying new things but like most people I can talk myself out of it as I also don’t like feeling awkward when I’m new to something. I didn’t know the language and was on holiday surrounded by people who looked like they knew what they were doing. Ever felt like that?! So many of my clients feel like I did here when they start coaching with me, but thankfully we can work through that together to make it fun and enjoyable, just like Maria did with me.Sometimes our goals need to outweigh our anxiety and push us through our comfort level. Thank you Maria for an amazing memorable Zumba experience, until the next time.
