About the class
Yin Yoga is a method of practice that draws inspiration from restorative yoga.

The practice offers a long stay in various positions of lying or sitting, and produces a meditative and relaxing effect on the body-mind system.

The yin-yoga method is wonderful for balancing and regulating the amount of stress and the fast pace of life and encourages rest, relaxation, breathing and the release of barriers and tensions.

In the physical aspect, yin improves the movement of the joints by releasing the deep tissues - the fascia, tendons, joints and bones and also encourages stability in the joints and skeleton.

In the energetic aspect, the practice is like self-treatment on pressure points to release and strengthen the flow of energy to the various organs of the body, which supports the immune system and improves our emotional state.

Also in the emotional and mental aspect, the practice allows a deep and special meeting with the multitude of our parts (the multitude of emotions, sensations, memories that accumulate in the body).

One of the instructions is to invite ourselves to dwell in what exists in order to expand within with as little identification as possible and as much compassion and unconditional love as possible.

The lesson is accompanied by the sounds of special musical instruments such as Tibetan bowls and more

About the teacher
Paz Omar
My name is Paz and I am 30 years old.
The first time I encountered yoga was in high school.
In 2017 I flew for the first time to India where I once again met yoga. - and this time I am more ready to meet yoga and myself I had a wish that accompanied me for a long time and it was to feel peace within me.

When I met in yoga I began to understand and accept the experience of life and the movement of constant change and create internal anchors within me.

In 2019 after two years of in-depth Ashtanga Vinyasa practice. Meditation and Pranayama and another visit to India I started my first yoga teacher training Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. When I finished the course I felt that it was really only the beginning. of endless learning within this very special way of yoga. And so I decided to join a study group of Indian philosophy - Bhagavad Gita.
Another possibility to deepen the way of yoga and get tools for life from a point of view of curiosity and desire to learn. And also evidence of what exists at this moment in this period. And in life in general.
In 2021 I went through teacher training for yin yoga. In 2023 I participated in training for teaching Women in the fertile phase.
And in 2024 I was given the opportunity to be an assistant in a yoga course for Women in the fertile phase.

I feel that the march is within the path of yoga. It is full of endless lessons, encounters with myself and the world. Yoga supports me every moment I need. Through the connection to the breath which is a big and significant anchor through the connection to the body.
And through the possibility to observe the experiences of life and agree all the time to shed and see clearly.
It is a great privilege for me to pass on the gifts of yoga.

I feel that I live more in peace and completeness since yoga entered my life.

So I invite everyone who wants to remember this peace that exists within each of us to join me for the Yin Yoga classes.
